Tension, compression and shear testing (commonly referred as mechanical testing) determines the static and dynamic properties of metallic, plastic, composite, rubber, and elastomer components to demonstrate that materials are designed for their intended use.  Our mechanical testing system is designed to provide standard static and dynamic characterization methods, as well as custom mechanical testing to serve our customers.  We also have the capability to perform these tests in non-ambient operating temperatures from -155°F to 600°F if your product or component is subjected to such temperatures.
